When I got a call from Dave, he was upfront and said he had spoken to, and was about to speak with, other agents.
He also expressed concerns about selling the house since he said that it “needed work”. When I saw the house for the first time, I agreed that it could use some decluttering and if he had time, maybe some updates. It didn’t help that when we met, it was the hottest day of the summer and the house had no air conditioning!
